DR. AMITOJ CHANDHOKE

HIS BACKGROUND
Dr. Amitoj Chandhoke started his path to becoming a doctor at a young age by helping and shadowing his father, a dentist on Fulton Street. Amitoj was motivated to follow in his father's footsteps by witnessing his father's positive impact on the Bed-Stuy community and the confidence his father gave his patients. Dr. Chandhoke strives to build long-lasting relationships with his patients and the community with a positive approach to your dental care.
Using cutting-edge and state-of-the-art technology, he will deliver accurate diagnosis and check all of your restorations – crowns, fillings, and bridges. Taking a holistic and unique approach, Dr. Chandhoke can offer you and your family the highest-level care you deserve.
HIS EDUCATION
Dr. Chandhoke was born and raised in New York City, where he attended Stuyvesant High School and was accepted into a 7-year combined BA-DDS program. He attended Adelphi University on a presidential scholarship for three years and graduated with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry in 2017. He completed his post-graduate residency at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he trained under some of the finest instructors and perfected his clinical skills.
Dr. Chandhoke has extensive experience, knowledge, and expertise in general dentistry. He is an Invisalign-certified provider and can help you perfect your smile.
DR. CHANDHOKE, THE PERSON
Dr. C enjoys reading, good music, and playing basketball outside the office. Integral to his life are his faith and meditation. He volunteers in discussions on mindfulness to help better mental health and overall wellness
Meet the Team

Dr. Lotte Martin
Dr. Lotte Martin's main focus is to provide her patients with quality dentistry in a compassionate and comfortable manner. Originally born in California, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology and Master's degree in Oral Biology at University of California, Los Angeles. While completing her Master's degree, she completed a thesis project detailing the molecular profile of oral cancer stem cells and presented her research at the American and International Association of Craniofacial and Dental Research. She then moved to the East Coast where she received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery at Columbia University in Manhattan, New York. She was acknowledged during her dental education with several awards including the International College of Dentists Student Humanitarian Award, Dr. Milton G. Schlesinger Award for Excellence in Research, and is an Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society Key member. She further honed her skills through a General Practice Residency in Dental Medicine at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Park Slope, Brooklyn. During her residency, she gained expertise in cosmetic and complex restorative procedures and was awarded Resident of the Year and named Chief Resident.
Dr. Martin takes great pride in providing compassionate and personalized care, making every visit as comfortable as possible. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking and baking, walking through Prospect Park, and reading fiction.

Dr. Jake Horowitz
Dr. Jake Horowitz is approachable, genial, and excited to make his mark on the community. He’s a New York native who grew up on Long Island. After graduating from the University of Delaware, he moved back to New York to pursue dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Touro College of Dental Medicine in Westchester. Dr. Jake completed his general practice residency at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital where he was named Chief Resident. During this time, Dr. Jake performed advanced endodontic, prosthodontics, and oral surgery cases.
Dr. Jake enjoys playing recreational sports such as tennis and spike-ball. He’s an avid skier and has a passion for traveling and spending time with family and friends.
